7. Jean Nelson- "Super" A&R Atlantic Records

This list will grow in the coming months. The final three A&R's on the list have agreed to conduct one-on-one listening sessions with artists and producers attending the seminar. For those who don't know what an A&R is; they scout talent for the record labels. For some guests, it will be the only chance they ever have to get signed. "When aspiring young artists ask me for advice I tell them simply; the club can wait, your career can't; and that's real," says Mike "Profitdoe" Ramsey, Co-CEO Fourth Quarter Entertainment.
